Yaw Tog tells the reason his family members to manage him

 

Kumasi-based rapper, Yaw Tog, has explained his decision for hiring family members into his core management team.

Speaking in an interview with Citi FM, the 2021 VGMA Hip-hop Song of the Year winner said that unlike others who might want to work with him solely for business reasons, his family members guide him on a daily basis to focus oh his career and avoid making wrong decisions.

The 18-year-old alumnus of Opoku Ware Secondary School, said he also trusts them with his money and believes they are working in his best interest.

“An outsider can come and mess up my money, but my family is trustworthy and they help me to stay away from trouble.”

Yaw Tog, since going viral in 2021 with his song, Sore (featuring Asakaa Boys), has employed his brother-in-law as his manager, with other members of his family included in his team. WATCH
